Where we ship
United States only for now. This site does not offer international checkout.
If you are sending to a US territory or another special US address, serviceability is confirmed at checkout.
Processing
After payment clears, orders typically process in 1 to 2 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days.
Processing starts when payment is complete, not when a cart is started.
Delivery estimates
Checkout shows the carrier, method, and timing when we have them. If they are not listed, the delivery estimate appears at checkout.
Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume, and address issues can delay a delivery.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The amount depends on the order and destination, so we do not list a single rate here.

The 30 Day Supply ships each billing cycle. Pause, skip, or cancel from Account.
Change your shipping address in Account before the next cycle ships so the next box goes to the right place.
Order status

Address accuracy
You are responsible for a complete, deliverable US address. Refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender packages may be delayed.
Contact us or Account promptly if a delivery cannot be completed.
Damaged or lost in transit
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, call 1-888-605-3062 or use Account as soon as you notice.
Include your order details and photos if the item is damaged. We will work the carrier claim or replacement path in good faith.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package.
Delays outside our control
We are not liable for carrier delays or events outside our control, including weather and network disruptions. We will still try to help resolve the order.
