What it is
Green tea is the dried leaf of Camellia sinensis. The leaf contains a family of catechins. EGCG, epigallocatechin gallate, is the one people search for most.
The drawing is a simplified EGCG skeleton: a flavanol core, a gallate ester, and hydroxyl groups. It shows the catechin people mean by EGCG. It is not a claim that the entire green tea line is pure EGCG.
The comparison chart lists green tea as its own ingredient, in micrograms.
Why it’s in 8 Hour
Green tea extract is in the patch for plant antioxidant support. It sits with caffeine, guarana, and the B vitamins in the same wearable patch.
1,710 mcg of green tea per comparison-chart serving (1 to 2 patches). † All ingredients in the patch column are per (2) patches. Divide if using one (1) patch. Figures are from the comparison flyer dated 8/24/15.
